Ginés Robles is a professional with a solid background in Technical Engineering and more than twelve years of experience at Rointe. His technical foundation allows him to deeply understand the nature of our products and act as a strategic ally for R teams, helping to accelerate innovation and raise quality standards.

Throughout his career at Rointe he has worked in various key departments, which has given him a comprehensive vision of the business and a precise understanding of each customer’s needs. He has been instrumental in opening new markets, as well as in driving mass distribution channels that have strengthened the brand’s presence. His ability to connect strategy, product, and market has led him to take on the role of General Commercial Director.
