Club PRO Terms and Conditions: a) Rointe PRO is open to installation companies and professionals over 18 years of age who reside in United Kingdom and have sent their data through the above form or through any other form of contact with Rointe. b) By filling in the form or providing your data, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the service, giving your consent to receive communications through various communication channels in order to promote the benefits of the Club or Rointe products. c) Membership of Rointe Club is annual, from 1 January to 31 December. If after this period no purchase of Rointe products has been made, the company or the professional of the Rointe Club will be deregistered. d) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions will not be permitted. e) The benefit “accumulate up to 3% of your purchases on a gift card” is subject to the following conditions:

1. The 3% is calculated on the net amount of all purchases of Rointe products (subject to our general terms and conditions) made through any distributor branch throughout the year.
2. It is not valid for purchases made through websites belonging to indirect Rointe customers, including our own website.
3. The maximum amount that may be accumulated per installer or installation company per year on the gift card is £ 1,000. Amounts must be claimed from Rointe within 60 days from 31/12/26, with the gift card being issued before 28/02/27.
4. Invoices must be uploaded to the Rointe Pro platform within a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the invoice issue date. The only valid date for this purpose shall be the date shown on the invoice itself.
5. Gift cards will be issued electronically and sent to the installer’s registered email address. The installer may choose their preferred electronic gift card from the list of participating retailers provided. This amount cannot be redeemed for cash, nor may rewards from the Rointe Club be exchanged for goods or other prizes. Rewards will be issued in the name of the registered installer and may not be transferred to any other person.

f) ROINTE UK reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Rointe PRO with or without notice for reasons beyond its control (including and without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of ROINTE UK in all matters under its control is final and binding. g) ROINTE UK is not responsible for any economic loss arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or the impossibility for a customer to benefit from Rointe PRO for any reason. h) If there is reasonable doubt that the Rointe PRO is being used in violation of these terms, unlawfully or unlawfully, we may refuse or cancel any order and you agree that there will be no claim against the company. Rointe reserves the right to take the measures it deems appropriate in these cases. i) Rointe reserves the right to exclude any product from the promotion. j) Rointe PRO is owned by INDUSTRIAS ROYAL TERMIC, SL. No aspect or feature may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, without our prior written permission. k) ROINTE UK is not responsible for errors in the upload of invoices. The proof of delivery of the invoice charge is not proof of receipt by ROINTE UK. l) ROINTE UK will use and take care of any personal information that you provide to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. m) ROINTE UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of your joining the Rointe PRO or accepting any reward offered. Likewise, ROINTE UK is not responsible for any damage or harm to your computer or that of any other person that is related to the participation or the uploading/downloading of any material related to the Rointe PRO. n) ROINTE UK will not be liable for any breach of its obligations where such breach is caused by something beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, fires, floods, hurricanes, strikes, industrial disputes, wars, hostilities, political disturbances, civil commotions, unavoidable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances involving force majeure. * 1) Warranty extension: Valid only on the electronics of ALL ROINTE radiators and towel rails, except for the Milano towel rail.
