Morton-Hunte design and build, an exclusive housing developer, were looking for a high performance heating system to install in their new luxury housing development in Godalming.
Their electrical installer recommended the new Rointe D Series system for its quality, design and finish, high efficiency and the unbeatable mobile connectivity it offers.

MMU student accommodation

Manchester Metropolitan University provides safe and comfortable accommodation to their students. They pride themselves on offering a homely experience, but during the refurbishment of one of the halls of residence, the project owners realised they needed to replace the old panel heaters currently in situ.
These panel heaters were expensive to run and did not retain heat. This meant that they cooled very quickly, significant costs were spent on heating, leaving the owners out of pocket, and the students left out in the cold.

Carnbeg Hotel & Spa, a 4* resort surrounded by the Cooley mountains, needed an efficient heating system for their new leisure facilities to complete their extensive refurbishment and rebranding.
The resort had undergone significant investment to unlock its true international potential and the last piece of the puzzle was a smart heating system for the new leisure club, gym and spa.

The inclusion of energysaving functions (like Open Windows) and compatibility with the Basic Control remote made programming these radiators incredibly easy – a must for the hotel.

Located within the stunning Cheshire countryside, Shellow Lane Lodges are luxury, six berth holiday homes that required a flexible heating sytem for their guests warmth and comfort.
The owners spoke to various companies to find the best solution. However, they were met with confusion and lack of information on the subject of heating. Historical building - Heating Upgrade

This Victorian country house previously used a storage heater system for their heating needs. However, catering for large-scale events held during day and night, meant that they were no longer suitable and a replacement needed to be found.
The owners were looking for a stylish heating system that would fit with the interior aesthetics and importantly, would not need an Economy 7 electricity tariff.
THE SOLUTION
Based on the nature of these large premises, Rointe conducted a thorough Technical Study to recommend a suitable storage heater alternative. The D Series was chosen to seamlessly fit into the décor of the rooms.
THE RESULT
As storage heaters draw electricity through a cheaper night rate and store for inefficient daytime heat, the project owner was confined to an Economy 7 tariff and bulky, unattractive heaters. By installing the D Series radiators, they could switch to an economical tariff and maintain temperature control from their smartphones, individually or collectively.

This famous restaurant chain encourages good conditions for their employees, so when they renovated their staff rooms and needed a quality heating system, they turned to the trusted name in electric heating – Rointe.
