The product may not have an internet connection at this time. To try to resume the
Connection You can try the following:

– Restart the router and verify that it provides connectivity to the product.

– Verify that the Wi-Fi signal is reaching the device correctly.

– Disconnect the product from the mains, wait 20 seconds, and plug it back in.

  • Yes, our products can be controlled with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa
    by voice commands.
  • The products save the previous configuration and will continue to work with the
    programmed adjustments. However, remote control will only be possible when the connection is restored
  • Yes, you can program your products to turn on or off without having to
    do it manually.
  • Yes. The app distinguishes between zones. When creating an account, you will need to create one
    installation (e.g. House), within each installation the different zones (Living Room, Kitchen,
    Main Bathroom, Children’s Room, etc…). Products are set within a zone.
  • No problem, the products are prepared for it. When power is restored to the product will turn on in the pre-update state.
