Accumulate 3%* of your Rointe purchases in gift vouchers

Accumulate 3% of the net amount of all purchases of Rointe products up to a maximum gift card of £500 – excluding website purchases – and exchange it at the end of the year for an e-gift card of your choice: Amazon, Argos, Asda, Costa Coffee, Currys PC World, Marks & Spencer, Nandos, Odeon…

If you have not registered an account with us before online, you will receive an email containing your username and password. Please use this to log in when prompted during this process.

If you already have an account, click here to contact your Key Account Manager to let them know you want to join.

 

They will then ensure your account is switched to Rointe Club status and we have the correct information for you.

Rointe Club Terms and Conditions:

 

a) The Rointe Club is open to professional installers, aged 18 or over AND resident in the United Kingdom, who provide their details using the form opposite, or by contacting the Rointe Sales team directly (telephone 0203 321 5928 or email sales@rointe.co.uk).

 

b) By completing the form, or providing your details you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, and given consent to be contacted through various communication channels for the purposes of promoting the Rointe Club.

 

c) The Rointe Club process is as follows:

  1. Go to https://rointe.com/uk/professionals/register-rointe-club/ and complete your details. You may also contact the Rointe Sales team directly to sign up.
  2. Go to https://rointe.com/uk/my-account/rointeclub/ and upload your invoices in PDF, JPEG or PNG format. You may also send directly to the Rointe Sales team.

 

d) The Rointe Club runs from 01/01/21 to 31/12/21.

 

e) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

 

f) The 3% for e-gift cards is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The 3% is calculated on the net amount of all purchases of Rointe products (subject to our general terms and conditions) from an actual wholesaler throughout the year.
  2. It is not valid on purchases made from online websites, including our own.
  3. There is a maximum e-gift card reward amount of up to £500 per installer per year.
  4. All claims must be made within 30 days of 31/12/21, with the e-gift card reward issued by 15/02/22.
  5. Gift cards will be issued as an e-gift card to the registered email address of the installer.
  6. The installer may choose which e-gift card they would prefer, provided it is for a reputable company. Depending on the amount of the gift card, it may be split across a maximum of 2 companies at the Rointe Key Account Managers discretion.
  7. No cash alternative is available, nor can the rewards of the Rointe Club be exchanged for goods or other prizes.
  8. Rewards must be issued to the named installer on our records, they cannot be transferred to any other person.

 

g) ROINTE reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Rointe Club with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of ROINTE in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

h) We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Rointe Club for any reason.

 

i) If we reasonably believe that the Rointe Club is being used in violation of these terms, unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any order and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. We reserve the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.

 

j) From time to time certain products may be excluded from the Rointe Club and any such exclusion will be notified to you.

 

k) The Rointe Club remains the property of INDUSTRIAS ROYAL TERMIC, SL. No aspect or feature may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, without our prior written permission.

 

l) ROINTE has no responsibility for invoice uploads that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the invoice upload is not proof of receipt by ROINTE.

 

m) ROINTE shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.

 

n) ROINTE accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of joining the Rointe Club or accepting any rewards offered. ROINTE further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or uploading/downloading any materials related to the Rointe Club.

 

o) ROINTE shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
