Withdrawal Policy

1.- Right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is the right granted to the Consumer and User customer to withdraw from the purchase of products made through the ROINTE website, within 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any of the costs mentioned below.

2.- Exceptions.

This right shall not apply in respect of the supply of goods made up in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user, or clearly personalised, or in respect of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery, as well as in the event that goods other than the spare parts used to carry out the goods have been supplied in addition. maintenance or repair operations. Likewise, the rest of the exceptions provided for in the current regulations will be applicable.

3.- Term.

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal will end 14 calendar days from the moment in which the consumer or user, or a third party by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods requested. In the case of delivery of multiple goods ordered by the consumer or user in the same order and delivered separately, on the day on which the latter or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last of the goods. In the case of delivery of a good consisting of multiple components or parts, on the day on which the consumer or user or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last of these goods.

4.- Exercise and effects.

Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer and user must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. To this end, the consumer and user may use any of the communication channels made available to them. The consumer and user will have exercised their right of withdrawal within the deadline, when they have sent the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before its end. In order to determine compliance with the period for withdrawal, the date of issue of the declaration of withdrawal shall be taken into account.

5.- Obligations and rights of ROINTE.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the above, all payments received from the consumer and user, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which they were informed of the withdrawal decision.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer and user for the initial transaction, unless the consumer and user has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

In the event that the consumer and user has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method, ROINTE will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising from this.

Except in the event that ROINTE has offered to collect the goods, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received, or until the consumer or user has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

6.- Obligations and rights of the consumer and user.

Unless ROINTE offers to collect the goods, the consumer and user must return or deliver them to ROINTE, or to a person authorised by ROINTE to receive them, without any undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract to ROINTE. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the consumer and user returns the products before the end of the period of 14 calendar days. ROINTE will collect the goods at its own expense when, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned by post.

The consumer and user will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
