The Rointe Kyros electric radiator offers warmth with 4 editable pre-programs for easy use and control. Simply select the one that suits your needs and the Kyros radiator will automatically keep your heating perfectly programmed. It also has infrared communication to receive commands from Rointe’s AIR or BASIC Control remote (sold separately).

Packed with energy-saving features, this advanced radiator has a high purity aluminium body with fireproof PC/ABS side closures and superior thermal fluid (oil-filled) for faster heat-up times. ⁽¹⁾ In tests performed by independent laboratories comparing under the same parameters a radiator with Fuzzy Logic Energy Control technology and another with Optimizer Energy Plus (first energy control technology by Rointe), a difference in energy consumption of 6.3% was obtained. This saving allows the radiators with Fuzzy Logic Energy Control to use an average power of only 38% of their nominal power that we define as equivalent consumption coefficient. If we multiply the nominal power by the equivalent coefficient of consumption, we obtain the effective power.

Radiator installation recommendations:

Rointe radiators are designed to be wall-mounted, with fixings, brackets and a template supplied as part of the product.

Rointe radiators must be positioned horizontally, but not under a window. This would affect the thermostat reading, potentially causing excessive consumption.

Rointe radiators sized for a particular room should not be installed in another unless the conditions (such as size, ceiling height etc.) are extremely similar.

Rointe radiators are best placed on a wall away from drafts like doors and with sufficient space so the radiator won’t be obscured by furniture. This allows the best natural convection cycle for even and efficient heat.
